The Arrest details can be found here. This is the same link as found on the home page.

At the time of the arrest, I was finishing four homes on that block. My intention was to sell those and then try to get some reconciliation. That's when the Baltimore Real Estate market fully tanked. I finished four homes and didn't get a single showing. I spent all summer trying to juggle finances and refi and at that point I knew I was in deep shit, as I had other homes unfishined as well. I let this go.
Below are the only records I got when leaving. This is my property receipt. It had no relevant arrest record information on it.
The date and time appear to be a print date and time, not an in and out time.
At some time in late 2007 or early 2008 I saw this article below. I just searched google for a link for an easier read and was unable to find a reference to this article. This was when paper still was popular but on its way out.
1st Denial of Records
Somehow, I got someone at the ACLU to get involved. I assume I just called in and started screaming. I don't recall. He was able to get my records. And this does NOT get better...
It's a little hard to read. Basically, he says he was investigating a possible narcotics bust and he was walking the alley looking for dropped paraphernalia. He implies I trailed him into the ally hoping to find something dropped. Never mind the fact they had pinned the guy down behind the home he was working in, so that guy was never in the alley in the first place. And never mind the fact he ignored the fact he arrested me 5' from my own real estate agent sign on the home of another I was selling, nor that I owned 4 homes on the block under construction at that time.
